Breakfast lacked cheese variety, coffee was tasteless.

The hotel's location was particularly good, adjacent to central boulevard and supermarket, restaurant, and the ferry for Goree Island. It also was in centre.

We loved it. The location was convenient and excellent, near city centre, markets, restaurants, beaches, ferries and consulates and restaurant-very fast. The staff were very professional and competent and kept the place spotlessly clean. The service was all in all very good.

The outdoor swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the fitness center was perfect for a quick workout. The overall vibe of the hotel was friendly and cute.
In my kids' opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Good food and clean rooms.
Unprofessional, lazy, rude, ignorant staff in all areas of the hotel. Gm should be ashamed.

I had a lovely three-night stay and really enjoyed the vibrant evening concerts on the terrace and the relaxation by the outdoor pool. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring, though I did find the air conditioning in the room could have worked a bit better. I’d definitely recommend checking out the live music if you get a chance! 🎶

The staff are very friendly and effficient. The location is great for business being down town.
Dont go for the sea view room if they cost more. The windows are small and there are no balconies. Food and drink is expensive.

The location was exceptionally nice, within a close distance from a bustling local market. The room with zero charm.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room with City View for three nights. The location is fantastic, right next to the seaside. The outdoor area is nice. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The food, particularly breakfast, offered some good options, especially the fresh fruits. There were a few noticeable issues. The room had a distinct smell of mold, quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool even after adjusting the settings. Service was hit or miss. Often, breakfast items, like bread and tea, ran low. Staff were seen prioritizing their own meals over attending to guests' needs, which seemed unprofessional. Cleaning equipment cluttered the lobby. On my first night, there was no food option available late, as room service was limited. When I ordered a pizza, it took over three hours to arrive, and they messed up the order completely. These inconsistencies.

Good location and facilities thestaff are very friendly and helpful, if you need to use a local taxi, ask one of the staff what you should pay then barter with the taxi driver otherwise you will get ripped off. Food is good and catering can be arranged for the later arrivals. the pick up at the airport is excellent and the guy is positioned immediately infront of the exit door from baggage reclaim

Friendly service. Clean. Good breakfast buffet. Central location for business.
I booked seaview and paid for it but didn't received it. I paid more than the Booked.net rate ! They cancelled my Booked.net voucher on arrival and replaced it by standard booking which finally turned out much more expensive and even without seaview. They pretended that this was a standard procedure. I was there only for 3 nights and tired by meetings. If I would have been on holiday, I would certainly have left the hotel for that reason as this is swindling !

Rooms offered a clean stay. Enjoyed live music during dinner. The pool area is nice but needs better upkeep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish there were more fitness options on-site.

Rooms, facilities and restaurants are Novotel standard. The local food at restaurant is good for me. There is no need to worry.
When you go out by walk, you should be careful about the people who are waiting for the hotel guests. A first they will talk to you kindly, then walk with you, and then they will ask you some money.
